About Paramount Child Development Centre
Paramount Child Development Centre, Jaipur, was founded in 2022 by Dr. Ojaswita Sharma to provide complete, evidence-based care for children with developmental delays under one roof. Our multidisciplinary team offers occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA therapy, sensory integration therapy and special education, along with psychological counselling for children and teens.
Whether your child needs support with autism spectrum disorder, speech delays, motor skills or behavioural development, our therapists work closely with families to build individualised care plans. Our Durgapura centre is trusted by families across Jaipur, and our Sikar branch brings the same team approach to families in Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Neem Ka Thana and the surrounding region.

Dr. Ojaswita Sharma founded Paramount Child Development Centre in 2022 to bring every therapy a child might need under one roof. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Occupational Therapy, with certifications in Sensory Integration and Oral Placement Therapy, and is a registered member of the All India Occupational Therapists’ Association.
She leads the multidisciplinary team at both the Jaipur and Sikar centres, with a focus on early intervention and on making parents part of every child’s progress.

Who founded Paramount Child Development Centre?
Paramount Child Development Centre was founded in 2022 by Dr. Ojaswita Sharma, an occupational therapist with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT, MOT) and certification in Sensory Integration. She leads a multidisciplinary team of therapists, special educators and psychologists.
Is there an autism therapy centre in Jaipur and Sikar?
Yes. Paramount runs autism therapy at both its Durgapura, Jaipur and Silver Jubilee Road, Sikar centres, combining speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, sensory integration and special education in one coordinated programme with parent coaching.
What ages do you work with?
We work with infants, young children, school-age children and teenagers. Early support is especially effective for toddlers with speech, motor or social difficulties, and our psychologists also support teenagers with anxiety, behaviour and exam stress.
Do we need a referral or a diagnosis to start?
No. You can book an assessment directly, without a doctor’s referral or a diagnosis. If you already have reports from a paediatrician or other specialist, please bring them.
What happens at the first visit?
The first visit is a child development assessment: a conversation with you about your child’s history and concerns, play-based observation, and a plain-language explanation of what we found, with a written plan for therapy and home activities.
Can Paramount diagnose autism or ADHD?
We assess your child’s developmental profile and provide therapy. A formal diagnosis of autism or ADHD is made by a developmental paediatrician, child psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. We work alongside them and can help you find one.
